Shipping conditions

Delivery is worldwide.

Shipping costs

 Domestic deliveries (Germany): flat rate €9,99 per order.
 Deliveries to the EU: flat rate €14,99 per order.
 Deliveries to Switzerland: flat rate €24,99 per order.
 Worldwide delivery is calculated on a country-by-country basis.

Accepted payment methods:

 Payment in advance by bank transfer
 Payment by SEPA company direct debit 
 Payment by credit card
 Payment by invoice
 Payment by Sofort

Further payment details

Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

Credit assessment

If we make advance payments, e.g. payment on account, you authorize us to pass on your data to Stripe, 510 Townsend Street, CA 94103, USA San Francisco for the purpose of credit assessment on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures. We reserve the right to refuse you the payment method on account as a result of the credit check.
